Lightsky Group Limited is in Administration. Paul Cooper and Paul Appleton of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP were appointed as Joint Administrators of the Company on 19 May 2025.
The affairs, business, and property of the Company are being managed by the Joint Administrators, who act as agents of the Company and without personal liability. The Joint Administrators are licensed in the United Kingdom by The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. The appointment of the Joint Administrators does not imply personal liability for any acts or omissions of the Joint Administrators.
The wellbeing of the residents is of paramount importance and we are pleased to advise that the ultimate shareholder, Volume Five Limited, has provided a financial guarantee to the Joint Administrators so that the operations of companies (in both England and Ireland) will continue without any interruption whatsoever. All staff will continue to be employed by Lightsky (formerly known as Bradbury House Ltd) and their working conditions will remain unchanged.

How we help
Our day services can be accessed by people living within our residential services and by other external individuals in need of support. We involve people in a range of opportunities including animal care, woodland walks, camping trips, horticulture and visits to a variety of events and activities.
