Further Training
The training provided by Lightsky goes well beyond the statutory requirements. New staff go through a mandatory full induction before starting work, that prepares them for the role.
There are numerous pathways for career progression within the Lightsky Group that enable staff to progress with the company.
Our senior management are approachable and are able to offer support to other members of staff. Many staff members within Lightsky Group have been with the company for a long period of time and are really invested in, and motivated by, the work that we do.
