The location of our rural settings allows for a structured, distraction-free environment, which is essential for those with complex needs and challenging behaviours. We aim to provide a safe, low-stress environment where individuals can thrive and engage in meaningful activities that promote personal development and well-being.
Nestled in a serene, rural setting, our care home provides a calm, peaceful environment that promotes healing and relaxation. The natural surroundings offer an ideal backdrop for activities and outdoor experiences. Individuals enjoy the tranquillity of country living, with space for walks, land and animal management, bushcraft, cooking and numerous other activities that contribute to their emotional and mental well-being.

Our latest farm development in Devon.
Our latest farm provision offers five separate buildings each with four self-contained flats nestled in 100 acres of farmland and woodland. Within this there are fishing ponds, a deer park and other wildlife. There are opportunities to get involved in activities such as bushcraft, land management, small animal care and many more. Alongside this we are only 10 minutes from the nearest town, which offers a cinema, sports centre, a college and much more.
Lightsky offer specialist support for a group of adult males who may display complex and enduring mental health needs, and behaviours of concern.
Rural Setting
Our rural settings enable us to manage the risk of people with more complex support needs in a safe environment. These services strive to support the sustainable transition from secure, institutional settings to a step-down community placement. They are an ideal provision for individuals who have been detained, or are at risk of being detained, under the Mental Health Act.
